The E-commerce Coordinator will support the day-to-day operation of Benefit’s online business across key e-commerce channels. This role will be responsible for product registration, promotion setup, content updates, inventory coordination, order-related operations, and cross-functional communication with internal teams and external partners.
The position requires strong attention to detail, hands-on execution skills, and a good understanding of Korean e-commerce platforms and back-office operations. The role will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Logistics, Finance, IT, Purchasing, and external agencies to ensure smooth online channel operations and an optimized customer experience.
E-Channel Operation
• Register and update products; set up pricing, product options and bundles; and manage product display status.
• Execute confirmed promotions and live commerce activities, including coupon setup, benefits and GWP options, promotional page application, and open/close timing checks.
• Manage e-merchandising and product categorization across online channels to ensure smooth customer navigation and proper product presentation.
• Monitor customer reviews and inquiries, handle first-line customer service issues, and escalate as needed.
Digital Asset & Content Management
• Support brand visual execution across e-commerce platforms in line with global brand guidelines and marketing plans, including product launches and campaign calendars.
• Maintain and update digital content across e-commerce platforms, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and an optimized customer experience.
• Coordinate daily with content production agencies, including revision requests and schedule management.
Logistics & Inventory
• Handle daily logistics operation issues and take preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
• Manage promotional stock, GWP, samples, and e-commerce supplies, including order requests, inbound schedules, and channel shipments.
Internal Operation
• Manage the order, shipping, and billing process in collaboration with Logistics, Finance, IT, and Purchasing teams.
• Process cost settlements, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Reconcile platform commissions and agency costs.
Bachelor’s degree or above.
2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operation, either on the brand side or platform side.
Experience with department store online channels such as LOTTE ON, SSG.COM, Hmall, The Hyundai, or Lotte iMall is preferred.
Hands-on experience with Korean e-commerce back-office systems such as Naver, Kakao, and department store online malls is preferred.
Understanding of order, fulfillment, settlement, inventory, and logistics processes is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP, with the ability to handle numerical data accurately.
Experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry is preferred.
Business-level English reading and writing skills are required; English speaking ability is a plus.
Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage routine operations independently.
Cooperative and proactive attitude with strong teamwork across functions.
